Prosecutors: Shooting Of Armed Robbery Suspect In Dundalk Justified

POLICE CAUGHT IN A LIE.

DUNDALK, Md. —

Baltimore County officers were justified in shooting an armed robbery suspect who was killed during a police shootout that seriously injured an officer and a bystander in Dundalk, prosecutors said.

Baltimore County Deputy State's Attorney Robbin S. Coffin said video footage from police and MTA cameras show officers took proper action during their June 7 confrontation with Blaine Robert Erb, 35, on June 7.

THE FOLLOWING INJURIES ARE ALL FICTIONAL REFER TO THE LAST AUDIO LINK WHERE YOU HEAR THE OFFICER IN CHARGE GET ASKED BY DISPATCH IF ANYONE WAS INJURED AND SHE SAID ONLY ONE BUT IT WASNT DUE TO BEING SHOT.  THATS IT!  NO ONE ELSE.  THIS STORY IS FAKE!  THE PROOF IS IN THE DISPATCH BROADCASTS.

Officer 1st Class Slocum, a 13-year veteran assigned to Precinct 12 in Dundalk, was shot twice in a lower extremity during the confrontation. She has been released from the hospital, police said June 13.Police said officers were called around 2:49 p.m. June 7 for an armed robbery in progress on Dundalk Avenue near Avon Beach Road. Officers received information that a man had robbed two people at gunpoint.

Erb is then seen in the video with two guns standing in the rear exit, firing in all directions. That goes on for about a minute and a half, at which point he stopped and reloaded. At one point, he walked to the front of the bus and fired some shots and police fired back. Erb eventually made a run for it.

"Drop the gun. Drop the gun," can be heard in the video.

Erb was killed, and the gun battle was over.

"I actually had to watch it a couple of times because I was a little bit in disbelief," Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott Shellenberger said.

Shellenberger said after reviewing the case, which included social media video, police body-camera video and MTA video there is no doubt the police shooting were justified, and no further action would be taken.

"And when you look at all three of those, you get a very complete picture that these officers were justified in using deadly force because not only were their lives in danger, but the lives of many civilians in the area were in danger," Shellenberger said.

THE REAL STORY

As I heard about this so called shooting and then watching the police cam footage, I knew this was a fictional event, a drill.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS?

Simple:

  1. If you think a gun sounds like that then you need to go to a firing range.
  2. IF you think that people would just sit there on a bus when a person fires a gun then you need to get out of your house and understand people will run like crazy when a gun is fired as it shows in this video.
  3. Why would they blur the faces of the cops when they give their names in the story?  (that's because they don't want me to identify them as actors)
  4. The police dispatch on the audio they play in the video is not the dispatcher that was on duty that we hear in the broadcasts audio.
  5. NOTICE the dispatcher (since she is an actor and not a real dispatch, she fails to "call out the time"  ALL dispatchers call the time out to document the situation.  (BIG FAIL)
  6. They do not release evidence to the media before a trial has been concluded.
  7. They would get sued if they released this information before a trial because it would influence the jury and you do have rights until you are found guilty.
  8. I pulled the police broadcast audio for that day and at 2:30 the dispatch clearly says "Just letting you know we have a 10-83 today and gives a street (doesn't matter where because she is reminding them to be ready)
  9. The dispatcher says the 10-83 will start at 1510 (3:10pm)
A 10-83, School Crossing Assignment. FUNNY school crossing school bus and this incident with a person on a BUS.
  10. Do you think that is just a coincidence?  If you do you are a fool and really need to shake off your conditioning.
  11. Finally you can hear the officer state they have the suspect in custody.  NOT SHOT in custody with no event.

LIES LIES LIES the media takes a staged event and claims its real.  The media is the true criminal.

They have this labeled on the site as 2:31pm - 3:00pm  but the file shows 1331 which is 1:31pm. I think they are trying to throw people off, or it's an honest mistake)  (a few minutes in is when you hear the dispatcher giveaway the drill time) Here is the municipal police calling out the event and notice they also call it a 10-83.  So the other agency almost an hour before the event happened called out to remind everyone they were going to have a 10-83 later that day.  BUSTED

Here is the municipal police calling out the event and notice they also call it a 10-83.  So the other agency almost an hour before the event happened called out to remind everyone they were going to have a 10-83 later that day.  BUSTED About 3 minutes in.

They have this labeled on the site as 3:01pm - 3:30pm  but the file shows 1401 which is 2:01pm.

In this clip, you hear the dispatch saying Im going to have 3 10-83's (which are bus relates events)  and makes sure they will have enough officers to cover it.  THAT IS TOTAL PROOF

About 16 minutes in you will hear their lie all fall apart.
